@03:59This is incredible!
The music is simply beautiful and goes together with the effects of the lighting, as if the music was directing the lights how to function.
This brought to me memories of music school and learning about "word painting", then at 3:59 the music and how the lights moved reminded me of people who rig up their Christmas lights to animate the music of popular Christmas tunes, and every year my family goes to watch at least one of these shows.
But there is just so much more involved in this!
I am at a loss for more words.
Grats on the daily deviation!

website

Tim Johnson & Konstantine Pope began working together whilst studying at the Royal College of Music in the heart of London under the guidance of veteran film composer Francis Shaw (amongst others). With a combined portfolio spanning multiple genres, including Bollywood & British Indie feature films, a plethora of shorter award winning films, AAA games and TV adverts, the two composers embarked on the idea of putting on together an ambitious live show, blending all of their skills and knowledge together to create something altogether innovative and new. The initial premise was to put on a performance in the prestigious Britten Theatre in South Kensington, London, combining a lush, cinematic orchestral sound, with heavy rock and urban electronics. Fiercely outstanding feedback ensued from the word go, and The Ursa Minor Project quickly grew from one performance inside the confines of a specific theatre into something much larger than anyone could have anticipated.

Good job, but from my personal perspective it seems that that the "rock" influence has been primarily to limit the range of creativity of the performance.   All that happens visually is that lights flash on and off.  Nothing moves.   Perhaps for future performances, you could consider including motion.

I can't help but feel like this was inspired partly by Trans-Siberian Orchestra's live shows.

In it's own right, it's incredible.

Wow . . . at first I wasn't sure what the purpose/point of this was, and then the animation started.  Really well done.  The mood, colors and music were pieced together perfectly.  And the reflections.  Holy cow, the light play and reflections are magnificent.  I really enjoyed this.
 Incidentally, this is kinda what my brainspace looks/sounds like. XD   So, instant fav.  :D  I look forward to seeing more.

Beautifully done! This is so engaging—the music is wonderful (does make me think a bit of the Transiberian Orchestra), and the lighting effects, the shifting colors—you don't know what to expect so it keeps you watching! Congrats on the DD!

Wow, is all I am able to say; I simply love the sound of orchestra working together with the opposite ends of the musical spectrum!
What would one call this type of music? That's beside the point because this is wonderful!
